Currently, we do not provide warranty services for our products past the 30 day period of your order. If products are received damaged or with missing parts, please follow our return and exchange procedure.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting approval to return/exchange your product. Please include your name, order number, photographic evidence of the damages, or reason for return/exchange in the email.
Our support team will get in contact with you as soon as possible regarding approval.
Once approved, please mail all returns/exchanges to the address below including your name and order number.

Your shipment will be inspected upon arrival prior to processing your return/ exchange.
If approved for return, we will process your refund and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If approved for exchange, we will process a new order for you. You will recieve your new product in the mail with 7-10 business days.
If denied for return/ exchange, your shipment will be mailed back to you.
